// Let's talk

Tell us what should change

A short brief is enough to start: what you run today, what is not working, and when it has to be live. We reply with next steps and a realistic budget range — usually within one business day.

// Direct channels

Reach a developer, not a call centre

If your live shop is broken, email us with 'urgent' in the subject — it goes straight to a developer who can actually fix it, not to a queue.

Makes our reply better
  • Your current system (Shopware 5, 6, or other)
  • The ERP / systems that must connect
  • A deadline, if you have one

// What happens next

Three steps, no sales funnel

01

We read it properly

A developer reads your message — not a bot and not a junior sales rep. Within one business day you get a real reply.

02

30-minute call

We ask about your process, your ERP and your constraints. Free, no obligation, in English or German.

03

Written scope & range

You get scope, budget range and a proposed start date in writing. Only then does anything cost money.

// FAQ

Before you write

Within one business day, usually the same day. If your live shop is down, put 'urgent' in the subject line — those are triaged first.

Three things: what system you run today (Shopware 5, Shopware 6, something else), what should change, and by when. Anything else we can work out in the call.

Yes. The discovery call is free and without obligation. Paid work starts only when you have a written scope and a price you have accepted.

Yes, gladly, before you share anything sensitive. Send us yours or ask for ours.

A range, yes. A real price, no. Write us your current system, the goal and the deadline and you get a budget range back by email — usually enough to decide whether it is worth talking further. A fixed price needs the concept phase first: anyone who names a firm number for an ERP integration before seeing the ERP is guessing.

Yes, and you will get an honest one — including when it says the other agency is right. Send us the quote and the scope. If the plan is sound we will tell you to sign it. What we will not do is invent problems to win the work; that is the fastest way to lose it again six months later.

An email to info@codewerk-it.com lands in exactly the same place as the form. The form exists only because it asks the three things that make our reply useful: the system you run today, what should change, and by when. Write those in a plain email and you have used the form. If your live shop is down, put 'urgent' in the subject.
