Cloud solutions to upload, process, store and deliver images and print-ready files fast and reliably — at any volume.

// What you get

What we build in the cloud

Image pipelines

Automatic resizing, format conversion (WebP/AVIF) and optimisation.

Print-ready output

Generate high-resolution, print-ready files (PDF/X, CMYK).

Cloud storage

Scalable, reliable storage for large image and file libraries.

Fast CDN delivery

Deliver images worldwide with low latency via CDN.

Upload workflows

Customer and team upload flows with validation and previews.

Shop & tool integration

Plug the pipeline into your shop, PIM or custom tools.

// Why it matters

Images and print, without the bottleneck

Handling large volumes of images or print files quickly overwhelms a normal server. Codewerk Solutions builds cloud solutions for image and print workflows — automatic resizing and format conversion, print-ready output (CMYK, PDF/X), scalable storage and fast CDN delivery — integrated with your shop, PIM or custom tools.

Whether you run print-on-demand, a large product catalogue or a media-heavy platform, we build the pipeline that processes and delivers your visuals reliably, at any scale.

// In detail

Technology, performance and SEO

What we actually do under the hood — so you can judge the work, not just the promise.

Technology & architecture

Object storage (S3-compatible) for the originals, a processing pipeline for derivatives, and a CDN in front. Uploads are validated, virus-scanned and normalised; print-ready assets keep their colour profile and resolution while the web gets modern, resized formats.

Performance

Derivatives are generated asynchronously on a queue, never during an upload request, so a 400 MB print file does not time out a browser. Images are served in modern formats at exactly the size the layout needs, with explicit dimensions so nothing shifts as they load.

Security & access

Signed, expiring URLs for anything that is not public, role-based access to folders, and a clear retention policy. If customer artwork is involved, you need to know exactly where it lives and be able to delete it on request — so we document that from day one.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — with validation on format, resolution, colour space and bleed, and a preview so they see what will actually be printed. Catching a bad file at upload is far cheaper than catching it at the press.

Your choice: EU cloud storage, your own object storage, or your existing infrastructure. For customer artwork, most clients require EU hosting.

Usually yes — via a hot folder, an API or a job ticket format your production system understands. The goal is that nobody downloads a file and re-uploads it somewhere else by hand.
