// About us
A small team that has been shipping B2B software for 12 years
Codewerk Solutions is five in-house specialists — Shopware, PHP, Node.js, React and design. We build the unglamorous systems that industrial and wholesale companies actually run on: shops that price correctly, integrations that stay in sync, and back offices that people do not hate using.
// Our story
We started where most agencies stop
Codewerk grew out of maintenance work — taking over shops that had been launched, celebrated and then abandoned by whoever built them.
That taught us more than any greenfield project could: which shortcuts hurt two years later, why a core hack always comes due, and how much money a slow product listing quietly costs a wholesaler. It is why we build the way we build — updatable, documented, and boring in exactly the places where excitement is expensive.
Today we work as one in-house team across the whole stack. The developer who joins your kickoff call is the developer who writes the code, deploys it and picks up the phone when something is wrong at 4 p.m. on a Friday.
- Shopware 5 & 6 specialists — both generations, daily
- ERP, warehouse and accounting integrations as core business
- Direct contact — no account managers between you and the code
- You own the repository, the credentials and the exit
// What we believe
Four things we will not compromise on
Honesty over upsell
If your Shopware 5 shop is healthy and profitable, we will tell you to keep it — even though a migration would pay us better.
Maintainable by others
Code you cannot hand to another team is a hostage situation. Ours ships with docs, tests and a setup guide.
One team, whole stack
Shop, API, ERP link and UI are owned by the same people — nobody can blame the other side of an interface.
Finished means running
A project is not done at go-live. It is done when it has survived a month of real orders without you calling us.
// Who we build for
Industry, wholesale and B2B commerce
Configurable products
Variant logic, technical attributes, datasheets and customer-specific pricing that mirrors your ERP — not a simplified copy of it.
Fast reordering
Bulk order forms, CSV upload, order history reorder, scale prices and credit limits — the boring features that decide whether buyers come back.
Stock that tells the truth
Live stock across warehouses, reservations, backorders and delivery dates your customers can actually plan with.

About the company
Five in-house specialists: Shopware and PHP developers, a Node/React lead and a designer. Small enough that you always talk to the person writing your code, large enough that no project depends on one individual.
No. Everything is written by our own team. The people in the kickoff call are the people who ship the code and who you will still reach two years later.
English and German, for calls, documentation and tickets. Interfaces and shop content can of course be built multilingual.
Mid-sized B2B and industrial companies: manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors who sell to business customers, run an ERP, and need the shop and the back office to agree with each other.
Want to know if we fit your project?
Tell us what you are building or what is broken. You get an honest answer — including 'this is not for us' when that is true.
